- 04No necessarily. Our fixed prices are based on word counts, so when you use our service, you know exactly how much it is going to cost depending on your document word count. However, if you want to send your work to our team, they can also inform you about the cost. Just go to the link Ask for Quotationand follow the instructions. For more information from our quick-guide pricing tables, please go to Pricing.

- 06To find the total word count in a Microsoft Word document, remove the reference list and any numeric table data, then use the word count feature in Microsoft Word (under the Review tab). If you are submitting the document for scientific editing, please ensure that you restore the deleted information after performing the word count, as the editors will need to see it. Your word count will be verified by the assigned editor, and you will be contacted if there is a discrepancy that affects the price (whether an increase or decrease). If you would like us to edit only part of your text, please request this when you contact our team document. If you choose scientific editing, we strongly recommend that you provide us with all of the scientific material that is eventually intended for publication, including text that you do not want us to edit, so that our editors can understand your work in full.
